There are so many opportunities when it comes to working from home.  It really depends on the amount of money your looking to earn and what special skills you have.  I know a mechanic that once worked at a dealership only getting paid a small fraction of the that you and me would pay to repair a car.  He then made a great move on his part and moved a little ways outside of town and built a garage on his property.  I am sure you know where the story is going now needless to say he has a pretty good car repair business going.  He couldn't be happier as he earns more and of course charges less then the big dealership does.  Not to mention all the tax write offs he now has from his business.
Have a home business can help reduce that tax liability that we have to pay to the government each year which is a huge added bonus.
When looking through the work from home ideas you will have to realize your own skills plus take into account the amount of money you have to do a start-up business.  The costs of starting a business ranges from a few hundred dollars to thousands of dollars.  The time required varies from each business you are wanting to start.  Less money = more time required
Start by looking at what you enjoy doing.  Do you enjoy being healthy?  If your fit then maybe a personal trainer would be a great fit for you to work from home.  If you are not fit maybe you can get fit and trim and what a better way to advertise your new home based business.
How about cooking?  I know a lot of people who have meals delivered to them because they don't like to cook or don't have the time to cook.  This can be very profitable if you get the word out and make tasteful healthy dishes.  I know in my past when coming home from work the last thing I wanted to do was make a meal so I ate out most of the time.  Which was expensive plus packed on the pounds.
So think about something you like to do and see if there is way for you to turn it into a home business.
The other day I saw a sign on the side of a car they were advertising their business.  The business was yard cleaners for dog waste.  Not a very pretty job but who wants to go out in their yard and clean up after their dog day in and day out.  So someone got a great idea to start a business to help people keep their yards smelling better.
Only your mind is your limitation to what you can do from a home based business.  Get a pen and paper and start brain storming on what type of business you might want to start up from home.
